It all started when…

Jordan Arogeti, in Sales at SalesLoft, posted a goal for 2018 on LinkedIn - to meet more women in sales leadership. Kara Brown, owner of SmithBrown Marketing, and fierce advocate for women in business, volunteered to help pull a networking event together.

Close(Her) was a reality. 

Annie Lewis at Cushman & Wakefield was instrumental in the early success of Close(Her), her willingness to host a breakfast made everything possible. 

Catie Ivey, Director of Sales at Marketo, volunteered to be our first speaker and did an incredible job. 

Our first event included more than 110 women in sales.

We're only a year in and the feedback has been overwhelming. We hosted three events last year and even got to expand Close(Her) to NYC. We can't wait to watch Close(Her) continue to contribute to the success of women in sales in Atlanta and beyond.
